What to send

Three things make the first reply useful instead of generic:

• The URL of the site.
• What you want more of — orders, sign-ups, qualified traffic — and in which market.
• What has already been tried, if anything, and what happened.

Read-only access to Search Console or Analytics helps, but it is not needed for a first answer — I can see most of what matters from the outside.

What happens next

• I look at the site and the niche, and reply in writing with what I see.
• If SEO is not the right channel for you, I say so in that reply. That is the end of it, and it costs nothing.
• If it is, we agree the scope and the first month's work before any money moves.

Working hours and time zone

Mon–Fri, 9:00–19:00 UTC+3. That overlaps with the European working day and with the US East Coast morning. Most work runs asynchronously — a written answer within 2 hours is usually faster than finding a slot in two calendars.
