About
Christo Kyurdzhiev, freelance SEO consultant
Five years in search, 23 projects, agency-side and in-house. I work remotely with international clients on e-commerce, SaaS and content-driven sites.
How I work
One person on your project, start to finish. I run the audit, build the keyword coverage, write the specifications, ship the on-page and technical changes, and write the monthly report. Nothing gets handed to a junior and nothing gets lost in translation between an account manager and whoever actually does the work.
That has a limit worth stating plainly: I am one person, so I am the wrong choice for a project that needs five specialists working in parallel from day one. An agency is genuinely better at volume. What I am better at is holding the whole project in my head — the strategy, the data and the detail stay connected because they live in one place.
What the work covers
- Technical audits — indexing, crawlability, speed, duplication, structure.
- Keyword research and clustering, including for large catalogues.
- Site and catalogue architecture built around how people actually search.
- Content specifications: structure, keywords, topical terms, target depth.
- On-page work — titles and meta, headings, internal linking, schema markup.
- Conversion elements on commercial pages.
- Link profile strategy.
- Analytics setup and monthly reporting against it.
Tools and automation
Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, plus scripts I write myself for the parts that do not scale by hand — crawling large catalogues, clustering keyword sets, checking a release page by page.
AI does the collecting and the processing, and it also does development: I ship technical changes and build pages with AI development tools rather than waiting on an engineering backlog. The strategy, the numbers that go into your report and every message you receive from me are mine. I am not selling "AI SEO" — the AI is a power tool, not the method.
What I will not promise
Guaranteed positions by a fixed date. Ranking is decided by a system neither of us controls, and the competitive field moves while the work is happening. What I commit to is scope, deadlines and reporting that shows what actually moved — including when it did not.
I also turn down projects where the honest answer is that SEO is the wrong channel. A brand-new site that needs customers this month needs paid acquisition; a niche with no search demand needs a different strategy entirely. Finding that out in the free review costs you nothing, and it costs a lot less than six months of proving it.
