Freelance SEO consultant for e‑commerce and SaaS

I bring customers in from search for online stores, SaaS products and content-driven sites — and show the result as analytics screenshots with dates and numbers on them, not promises. One person on your project, from audit to reporting.

How this works

What working with me looks like

Who does the work, what you see in the reporting, how to reach me and what the price covers — before you commit to anything.

Who does the work

I do, personally — from the audit through to the monthly report. You talk directly to the person doing the work, so nothing about your project gets lost being handed between people.

What you see in reporting

Once a month: dated analytics screenshots and specific numbers — organic traffic, conversions, rankings. You can see what was done and what it produced.

How you reach me

Directly on Telegram. Question in, answer out — no ticket queues, no account manager in between. I reply in writing within 2 hours during working hours.

What the price covers

Only work on your site — audit, keyword research, content specifications, implementation. The range for every service is on this page, before we ever talk.

Services

What you can hire me for

Pricing stated openly, in numbers. From a one-off consultation or audit through to running the whole channel — you take exactly the scope you need right now.

01

SEO audit

A full technical and commercial audit: indexing, page speed, duplicates, site structure, keyword coverage and competitor gaps. The checks are automated, so every page gets looked at rather than a sample. You get a task list ordered by impact, not a report for the sake of a report.

02

Consultation, 60 minutes

A working call on whatever is blocking you: strategy, keyword targeting, site structure, or a second opinion on what your current agency is doing. I go through the site before the call and send notes afterwards.

$150

03

SEO work, hourly

Hands-on work billed by the hour: titles and meta, schema markup, robots.txt and sitemaps, specifications for your developers. For when the strategy already exists and the execution is the bottleneck.

$95/hour

04

Site development and fixes with AI

Building a new site or reworking an existing one — markup, functionality, technical fixes — using AI development tools. This covers what usually stalls waiting on a developer: anything from a single fix to a site built for the task.

05

SEO retainer

Strategy, keyword research, specifications and oversight. Technical changes I can ship myself using AI development tools, without queueing behind your engineering team. Monthly reporting on rankings and organic traffic.

from $1,500/mo

06

Full-service SEO

End-to-end SEO: technical audit, structure and keywords, content, conversion elements, link profile. I do the work myself, including the technical changes on the site — you get traffic and leads, not a backlog for your developers.

Pricing

What it costs

Rates are the mid-range for independent consultants, not agency rates with an office built into them. Billing is monthly, in arrears, against an invoice.

A fixed scope, not an open-ended retainer

Every month starts with an agreed list of work. If something in it turns out to be pointless once I am inside the data, I say so and swap it rather than burn the hours.

No minimum term

Retainers run month to month. SEO needs time to show, and I will say upfront how long a given project realistically needs — but I do not lock anyone into a year to get there.

The audit stands on its own

A $600 audit is a deliverable, not a sales call in disguise. You get the prioritised task list whether or not you go on to work with me, and it is written so your own team can execute it.

Yandex Metrica: Visitors from search engines: April 2025 — February 2026 against the same period a year earlier Yandex Metrica Enlarge

+75% search visitors year over year

3,263 against 1,869 a year earlier · started from zero in April 2024 · corporate orders worth several million RUB

A young site with no search traffic at all, up against Amazon-scale marketplaces and aggregators. Instead of fighting for head terms, I went after mid- and long-tail demand: a catalogue cut by occasion, recipient and contents, plus a separate corporate-gifting branch where the order value runs five to ten times higher than retail.

Google Search Console: Clicks and impressions in Google, 1 October 2025 — 31 March 2026 Google Search Console Enlarge

278K clicks from Google in 6 months

25.2M impressions · CTR 1.1% · average position 4.1

The brief said "we need articles"; the problem was demand. I picked 23 topics by search volume and by what was already pulling traffic for competitors, and wrote a separate specification for each one — structure, keywords, target depth. Fourteen articles produced the traffic, and a single one of them brought 155K visits.

English-language content project, international audience Jan 2022 — Dec 2023
Yandex Metrica: Visits by month across seven search engines, January 2022 — December 2023 Yandex Metrica Enlarge

5.5x growth in two years

From ≈150K to ≈830K visits per month · Google drives almost all of it, Yandex accounts for ≈0.25%

Traffic sat flat at around 200K visits a month through all of 2022; the growth came in 2023, reaching 830K by December. The audience is international: Google brings nearly everything, but Bing and Yahoo together added about 200K visits, so markup and titles were tuned for them too.

Yandex Metrica: Visits by week, September 2022 — December 2023 Yandex Metrica Enlarge

From ≈50K to ≈195K visits per week

Inflection point in spring 2023 · no drawdown longer than two weeks · Bing added 117K visits

Until spring 2023 traffic held around 50K visits a week, then climbed to roughly 195K by the end of the period, peaking at 230K. The weekly view is deliberate: at that resolution you can see there was no drawdown longer than two weeks across the whole run — that is what organic growth looks like, as opposed to a spike.

Google Search Console: Clicks and impressions in Google, 27 March 2025 — 29 June 2026 Google Search Console Enlarge

CTR 49.7% at average position 8.5

From ≈500 to ≈9K clicks per day in a year · clicks and impressions grew in step

In March 2025 the project was doing around 500 clicks a day and reached a plateau of about 9K over the following year. The number that matters here is not volume but CTR: 49.7% at an average position of 8.5 means almost half of everyone who sees the site in the results clicks through.

About

Who runs your project

I am Christo Kyurdzhiev, an SEO consultant working remotely with international clients. 5 years in search, 23 projects, agency-side and in-house.

My background is e-commerce and content-driven sites: the two largest projects I have run reached 830K visits a month and 195K visits a week. I work on the whole cycle — technical audit, site structure and keyword coverage, content specifications, on-page work, schema markup, reporting — and I ship technical changes myself using AI development tools rather than queueing behind someone else's engineering backlog.

Automation and AI do the collecting and the processing. The strategy, the numbers in your report and every message you get from me are mine.

FAQ

Questions worth asking

For an established site with existing traffic, the first movement in rankings usually shows in 2–3 months, and meaningful traffic growth in 4–6. For a new domain it is longer — six months before the trend is readable at all. Anyone quoting you faster than that for organic search is quoting paid traffic or guessing.
